Session Description

China is an emerging force in the trade of soft commodities and greening its supply chains can bring about significant economic, environmental and social benefits. This dialogue convened key stakeholders from the Chinese government, producer and other demand-side countries, businesses and civil society to raise awareness of ongoing efforts in China to advance green value chains and to explore opportunities for further collaboration.

The session was co-hosted by TFA and the SEE Foundation, as member of the Civil Society Alliance for Biodiversity Conservation.
